Made to order and delivery
Your gear is produced after you order. Delivery includes production time and shipping time. Review the available delivery estimate and shipping charges at checkout before paying. Estimates can vary by item and destination; they are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
Order issues, returns and exchanges
For a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partner. Printful’s quality-issue claim window is 30 days from receipt, so please report problems as soon as possible.
Need a different size, want to request a return, or have a missing package? Contact us before sending anything back. Made-to-order fulfillment does not automatically include size exchanges or change-of-mind returns; we will explain the options for your order. Nothing here limits your applicable consumer rights.
